Stephen Flora

Home building has always been my passion!
It started for me at a very young age while helping my father on and around jobsites. I enjoy every step of the building process. From the excavation to the final hardware, it is still very exciting for me to watch a customer’s home take shape and to be a part in helping them realize their dream. I have personally worked on and been a part of building hundreds of homes throughout the Great Lakes Bay region.

After receiving my degrees in business and marketing from Northwood University I decided to combine my education with my passion for building and created Stephen Flora Homes.

With over 20 years of hands on experience in all aspects of the construction process, I have gained an understanding of what it takes to achieve a quality-finished product. My belief is that a hands on personal approach from the builder is the only way to ensure quality throughout every stage of the construction process.

It is this unique combination of hands on experience and onsite management that I take to every home I build, and I believe is highly valued by our customers.

Why should you build with us? Because we offer:

  • A direct builder to customer relationship: With Stephen Flora Homes you will be working directly with the builder, not a supervisor. From start to finish we are committed to you!
  • Flexibility: Because of our customer centered approach, and builder to customer relationship, we have the ability to adjust to your changing needs and desires throughout every step of the building process.
  • Knowledge: With over 20 years of hands on experience in every aspect of the building industry, we have the knowledge and experience to make sure that your home is built to the highest level of quality and beauty that you deserve.
  • A Team Standard: Our commitment to the Great Lakes Bay Region begins and ends here. We take pride in the fact that we are a locally owned company and use only local subcontractors and suppliers, which keeps our region working and growing together.
